Looks to be that the decat isn't fully sat with the sleeved portion inside the centre section. So its consequently pushing the centre section up causing the back box to sit downwards. What makes the decat?

That's not acceptable, no. But to be fair, the decat may have been badly fitting. It running an olive joint? Looks to be. Get powerflex rear bushes so they can't actually raise the back boxes.

They all leak from the selector, i wouldn't worry about that for now unless its pissing out.
