It will probably be cheaper insuring a 172/182 than your 1.2 with an engine change. I just don't see why you would bother when they are so cheap to buy, just sell yours and get a 1.4/1.6 clio.
Never heard that myself. Not sure how a filter can create that level of back pressure, If you keep an eye on it and make sure its not getting clogged up it should be fine.
Sabelt wheel is awesome but not cheap, I bought one 6 months ago and tbh it's starting to look a little bit worn already but it doesn't really bother me it still feels good and functions as a steering wheel. As for retaining steering wheel controls PM Ian_s he managed to do it and make it look...
Interesting thought, I doubt it was a couple of smack heads looking for a score as it seemed quite a proffessional job. So I doubt he will see them again unfortunately, I feel sorry for you mate you must be devastated.
Start from the middle of the bumper and start screwing it in and when you get to each end just trim the excess off. As for screws 25mm will probably be fine.
Really isn't hard will take less than half an hour to do, the only thing is the nut at the bottom can be quite tight so keep spraying a bit of WD40 on it for a couple of days before you do it.
Probably that and a combination of that and the fact they realise they have spent 5+ grand and their ten year old french hatchback is still a ten year old French hatchback. But I still think a turbo clio would be a lot cheaper to run than a highly tuned 500+ Bhp car.
haha brilliant. I agree it's all good having 500-600bhp in a road car but there is so few places left to use it. I know so many people who have bought scoobys and loved them for about a month then ended up driving them everywhere in 5th gear because they're scared of dropping below 20mpg or...
Try running a scooby or an evo day to day let alone a track car then see how much better they are, are they any more fun than a clio round a track or on the road? Well yes if you like screaming powerrrrrrr as you belt along raping the speed limit, I can have equal amounts of fun in both but one...
toyo t1r = good in the dry, rubbish in the wet.
pzero = good all round but I found they didnt last long.
i did prefer the way my fiesta drove when i swapped from pzero's to the t1r's but thats just my opinion.
