    Not Sure

Loud. I don't think you will like it if you are anal. I have exactly the same setup, even down to the ram air filter (although you went for shorter fatter one where i went longer and thinner, oh er). Its very loud and a little chavvy sounding to be fair. I am debating going stock.

Can you recomend me some upgrades.

I bought an Alienware Aurora R3 some years ago and I have since sopped out most of the components. One thing I changed the motherboard as the Alienware one died. Its never really worked properly since due to the Alienware having sub boards to control the water cooler and lights etc. Today I...

    'Fast road car'

To me the term fast road car would apply to a car that is fast and/or modified to go faster and yet is still road legal.

    Unknown force...

I know, me too. Hence asking these questions on here. Only other thing I can think of that I have not checked is the subframe. Could possibly be moving around? The thing that stumps me though is that it is 100% torque related. And in terms of of damper adjustments, They are all wound down to...

    Unknown force...

yeah, they are brand new Koni Yellows with sportlines. All dampers are working as they should. Been pissing around with the damping control seeing what was what. They are working spot on. Only thing that is not new is the actual rack itself, that and the hubs.

    Unknown force...

Checked on a weekly basis (seriously I am that sad). It feels like its drive train.. as the torque twists the engine it pushes something and forces the car to steer. Its hard to explain and impossible to film.

    Harphamominom's Ph1 Project - sunflower content p12 onwards

Please don't play this game. I have now had to put a mental ban on myself trying the acheive the same thing your looking for. You will NEVER get the mechanics of the car to feel brand new. I have replaced pretty much every part of the steering and suspension including all the little details. I...

    Unknown force...

I have a little problem. Every time I come off and on the throttle in a reasonably hard way the torque is pushing the steering out. Feels like I have worn engine mounts. However, these have all been replaced by Renault them selves, all three. All my suspension/steering is brand new bar the...

When do you stop? Seriously... when??

When do you stop putting money into a 13 year old Renault Clio? I have owned my little Ph1 for a little over a year now. In that time I have spent an awful lot of money on the car because...its never quite felt quite how I wanted. So, in them 14 months of ownership I have done the following in...

    Best track tyres?

In my opinion the best track tyres are the cheapest set of half decent road tread you can find. Something like a cheap toyo TR1. The reason for my opinion, you are not hot lapping, its not a quali session, you don't need mega grip. Its way more fun and more predictable to drive quickly on road...

Strange parts found on PH1 172.....

I dont think he means those. I think they could be home made sump-guard brackets by the sounds of it. Seen similar designs of brackets from the days of road rallying.

How to kill the under steer?

I was going to start a thread on Rake. I have some shitty VMAXX on at the moment however I have been playing with Rake. When I first fitted the coilovers the rear was slammed, we did not measure the height just threw the suspension in and I drove it as I was, intending to set it up at a later...
