Some stupid cnut of a woman reversed into the nearside rear quarter panel at the end of September. The whole panel was pushed in by about 10mm
The cars been in the bodyshop for the past week and a bit. It took longer cos he ended up sacking one of his lads.
Anyway. Here are the before and after...
Waiting for the " marring police" 😜 I've been using a clay mitt for years with fantastic results and not once has it marred the paintwork.
I'm guessing your product does the same thing.
As long as you keep the paintwork well lubed there's no chance of marring.
Something like will do. The old air feeds are made out of some kind of cloth and can rip as they get older.
You'll have to reuse the ends that clip into the air box.

Ive been running ZV7s for a couple of years now. Can't fault them in the wet or dry. I used to run rainsport 2's then 3's. They're a good tyre, especially in the wet as the name suggests but I would only get 5 - 5.5k out of a set 😮 I just got 12k out of a set of ZV7s 😊
Just reuse the bolts already on the car. Cut off the wire for the wear sensors. I used to have a Pug 306 with the same pads and they would come with the wear sensors but the car didn't have them.
That's where I jack mine at the front and put the axle stands. You'll need a low entry jack, i have the halfords 2 tonne jack and it reaches easily and the jack handle doesn't hit the car.
For the rear jack on the rear beam and put axle stands on the rear jacking points on the sill or axle...
I couldn't tell you how many times it should spin by hand but with mine you could feel when it was spinning it felt rough. It definitely didn't spin 3 or 4 times.
Thinking about it now. I'll bet yours has the resistor integrated on the motor.
I had a burning plastic smell last year when the fan was on. It turned out the fan was knackered.
I sourced a 2nd hand one from a breakers but it had the resistor built onto a board next to the fan.
I just bypassed...
Sounds to me like it could be the heater resistor pack knackered and over heating. It controls the speed of the fan. They can get very hot. Vauxhall had a problem with theirs over heating and the cars setting on fire.
If it's in the same place as a 182 it's under the drivers side scuttle.
If...
They've shot up in price for some reason. The 2 tonne one is now £165 😮 it was only £130 a few months ago when I bought one. But I have a trade card and had a £20 voucher so it only cost me £84.
If you haven't got a trade card, which are pretty easy to get, try and find someone you know who has...
I have to the 2 tonne Halfords advanced trolley jack. Its heavy but not too heavy if you need to carry it. It moves about on the wheels very easily so would assume the 3 tonne version moves the same.
Best trolley jack I've ever had and I've had a few over the years.
When I had a decat on my 182, both lambda sensors plugged in i had no eml for months. I think it came on about twice. I just plugged in a cheap obd scanner and and reset it. No more lights. I don't see the need to have it mapped out if you can reset it for yourself. 😊
Make sure the battery you're going to swap is fully charged. Then I'd give the car a good drive and see if that clears up the problem. At least that way you'll know if it's battery related or not.
I dry stored mine a couple of years ago for 7 months without starting it periodically , the...
I know you said you've put a new battery on but have you tested it to see if its in good condition? It could have been sat on a shelf for the last year or so. Anything below 12.4 volts and it can struggle to start. I'd get a multimeter on it and check, then you can rule that out. It might need...
Somebody a while ago posted that these are the cables that actually fit. I saved them for future reference but haven't tried them myself so can't say 100% that they fit.
They are 1378mm and 1450mm as you stated...
Lidls Parkside pressure washers used to be made by Karcher years ago. I'm not sure that's the case anymore. I've never heard that Aldis Workzone pressure washers were ever made by Karcher.
The good thing about Lidl and Aldi they both come with a 3 year warranty. So make sure you keep your...
Looking at all the stuff he's selling he's taking the piss with prices and postage.
f**k knows who's paying these prices? It's not like Renault RS's are common in Poland. I've been going for over 10 years and I've yet to see any.
From what I'm led to believe it's part of the sender unit and its a couple of hundred quid to replace.
Why they didn't just have an external filter is beyond me. Probably would have cost a tenner and took 5 mins to change.
