Like edde says . Strip it down . I had a rear caliper with the adjuster screw rusted inside . Its easy to strip down , bit of a tw*t to put back together as there are 5 spring washers inside and they are hard to compress when putting it back together .
How much
Your cambelts not due until 72k , but i'd would have left it until 60k . Sparkplugs " should " last until 72k , but mine needed changing at 30k on my 172 . Sounds like you've had your ass raped mate .If you couldn't do any of the work yourself , like the plugs , discs and pads...
Non of these so called trim restorers seem to work , they just mask the white marks for a few days possibly a week or two . I tried one of these wax removal products with minimal success .
Best thing i've found that removes / masks any white wax marks is WD40 , use a bit of cloth and elbow...
I wouldn't be without my pressure washer , i've had one for about 10 years . Cheap as chips now .
Blast off any loose dirt first .
Then run a length of hose from a large container , like a 25 litre fermenting bin , fill it with water and a couple of capfuls of shampoo = lots of suds :)...
Can't vouch for any other powerflow outlet other than the guys in Burnley .
They did a top job on my old 172 , full stainless catback fitted for £270 .
Never needed to top mine up . Go for fully synthetic 5w-40 , i use Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 , seems a popular choice for 172 / 182's .

Bought it from a member on here called Oilman ( Guy ) .
I'm on my second one mate . Had a 172 got a 182 now . Good cars for the money , go for the full fat imo , all the toys etc........ get a test drive in one if you can .
Thats cheap . Don't know about the quality of them though . You'll also need either new bearings or the old ones pressing out and pressing into the new discs . There's no abs ring on them as well , but if you've got a cup that won't matter .
