Inspired by A_Cro's ridiculously good star trails, I'm going to attempt some tonight !
Found a spot I hope might work .. something different anyway....
We'll see :o
Moon's out here with no cloud cover .. it seems to currently be dead south so you might be lucky with that one :o
I think I'm going to go do some tomorrow night. Not a chance on a week-day night esp. when it doesn't get dark properly til 23:00 !!
Ron's got a kid-size plate on his car too. Makes him look normal size when he's standing next to it IIRC.
Rich, North Weald this Sunday if you're about ... I'll text you as you won't see this before Christmas :o
If you're putting enough heat into the studs to stretch them with a 2ft long torque wrench, you've probably got bigger issues than a bit of tyre wear :o
I'd be starting off at about 20psi and seeing how warm they get. Wouldn't want to run higher than 28-30 when at full operating temps.
If...
3M foam spray aerosol stuff. IIRC it's IPA based ?

Can get it direct from 3M .. don't think I've ever paid more than about £2 a can .. and I have about 9,000 cans of the stuff in my house/car/shed/garage.... :o
Laptop speakers are generally under an inch or so. Do you really expect them to fill a room well !? Most sound utterly dreadful on low volumes let alone when they're on the verge of firing themselves through the case !
£20 on ebuyer/amazon should get you some separate speakers which will do...
Can you get to the trim panel - if so, remove that and then see if you can unlatch it manually....
If you've got that far - grab your multimeter (essential with a French car!!) and see if the latch is getting power or if you can see any reason it wouldn't be unlocking.
Absofcukinglutely.
Might as well leave it at Tesco and ask the trolley boy to have a look. Probably more qualified.
Go find the 'things the dealer said' thread !!!! They'll probably tell you it's not even got a gearbox, it's a shoebox or that the engine needs changing and that'll be £42,000.
Like some kind of engineering practical joke ?
Scoops on scoobs, FTW. Why the fcuk you would want one on your 1.2 Clio I'll never know :S
Also, FYI, it'll look like your car, with a scoop on the hood .. just incase you were still wondering.
Took two attempts putting this together and I'm still not happy.
Music syncs OK on the last half but if I went back to the beginning it'd mess up the end.. soooo... meh.
Anyway..
