    21.7 MPG Something wrong?

Re: 21.7 MPH Something wrong? Flol. I'd try to hit 88mph and go back to the day you bought it and change your mind tbh.

Aftermarket wheel but retain C/C - is it possible?

Steve (Steviant) has this in his 182. Just retro-fitted simple buttons on the wheel with the appropriate wires hooked up.

    Warming up?

Ha ;) Heated windscreen does mean you have to drive a Ford though :rasp: I'll stick with my flat-four windscreen warmer :D

    RB on pistonheads.

Good to keep an eye out for cars that might keep coming up for sale, but if you're not ready to buy, don't look too hard :o You'll find one you want and can't buy it. Looks like the front has seen some paint and is missing a splitter but doesn't necessarily mean it's been in a crash. Guy was...

JVC Head Unit - remote wire sub/amp problem, help!

Might be of some help. Can't find any pics online to show you what I mean. Mine has a female bullet on the HU wiring loom, so obviously I've got a male bullet on one end of my remote wire, and then it's a spade to fit the amp end.

    Warming up?

Water gets to warm(ish) after about 2-3 miles. Always try to keep it under 2k for a few mins and only stretch to 2.5k if I have to once the water gauge moves a jiffy. >2.5k = boost  10 minutes isn't going to hurt, but it's hardly doing any good... Engine on, warm water on the...

JVC Head Unit - remote wire sub/amp problem, help!

Do you have a manual for the HU ? Remotes are normally blue wires, off the power block. Normally you get 2 blocks out of the HU - sound and power. The remote is normally always off the power ISO.

    Cold Weather, Big Grin????

Cold air is denser. Denser means more oxygen in the combustion chamber. More oxygen means a bigger bang. Bigger bang means more power. Simples ;)

Congrats. Assume it was nice and warm when you got in (eventually!!). Not worthy of a Darwin award. Wrong category TBH. Not as good as my Dad, who moved his Mazda off the drive, parked it on the road engine running one Sunday morning. Got the Caterham out the garage, shut the garage...

The "Ive taken a pic and I kinda like it" thread

Dearest indecisive one, I love the barrel distortion on my 10-20... I don't think you can go wide without it, but maybe that's the whole point ?! Go buy one if you want wide. If you don't, choose something else or hush your noises :rasp:

    New Tmobile plan announced today.

Interesting .. but a bit late, IMO. 'Everyone' uses WhatsApp, Facebook etc for "texting" these days. Why would I need unlimited texts when no one sends SMS's any more ? Data is a good one.. but most of my life is on WiFi. At work I get naff signal anyway, but it's the only provider that...
