When cold there is an almost constant squeaking/chirping noise from that area... once warm it calms down a little!! :dead: Also when the clutch is pressed down, sounds like stones going through a blender meeeh..

hmm... Do the Helix clutches come with a "standard" release bearing, or are they different?

I am going to be changing the clutch soon, so if there is an uprated item I would prefer to fit that! As the standard ones fail after driving approx. 5cm....

APD K-tec AWT GDI TBH... any "reputable" garage/Renault specialist with the correct timing tools should be able to fit cams!?

You will need all the associated "cup" brackets and a cup alternator, if you wish to lose the aircon Cams are a good idea at cambelt time, but you are looking at £700 for a set of catcams iirc?!
