Thats why I ended up sticking to 2d and saved a lot of cash in the process. 3D still has a good few years to mature for both content and technology.

I'd say active at the moment. Plasma also has a better refresh rate than LCD/LED which is meant to be better for 3d. My brother got this the other month and it's pretty dam good for the money...

It wont make a difference because what ever comes out of the sub is mono. As long as they're both plugged in it'll be fine.

It wont be a coax lead to the sub. It will just be a single phono lead. You can get away with just a normal single lead but a single to double would be better depending what you have on your sub...
