hahaha.... I actually would come over, but I am in bed now! ;)
you need 2 people ideally if you remove the top nut, it is more tricky to put back together
This would keep a few people quiet if Matt's car made the magical 200bhp+ with this new inlet LOL...
But really, there is no point is guesstimating, arguing etc.
Just let the results do all the talking!
Very nice looking car!
The front needs to go slightly lower, or the back a touch higher IMO...
What details did coilspring need to make your new springs?
Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project
Looking good man... The wiring is quite tedious, but therapeutic?! I spent 30hrs chopping, taping and cutting out all the unnecessary crap !
Re: Project 172:Unknown Direction
Looking good...
Ive also fitted the 1.2 dash top, but with a little difference.... Shall be posting pics over the next week ;)
hahaha... Only they super hardcore people dare go for orange! It will probably be the new black soon?
You haven't met me, possibly could of been Paul Bagnall? (also has a blue PH-1, baggers172 iirc)
ahh yeah knew you lads lived local too each other
I fitted a set of these last Thursday...
Really impressed with the quality of the front units, as Fred said identical camber adjustment as KW's!
and they "gooooooooooo looooooooooooooooow" Nice firm ride, not too soft or crashy :)
Cannot go wrong for the money tbh
Had all the dash out of my 172...
Got everything back together but cannot work out the route of the heater pipe that goes to the far drivers side blower?
any info or pics mucho appreciated :D
