There's only one torx screw holding on each disc isn't there? Its been a long time since I've done any mind but I'm sure I only removed one.
As for the carrier bolts, you're gonna need heat. Heat solves evvvverrrry stuck nut and bolt :)

I was thinking...buy seal, accidentally on purpose smash my screen, when they turn up to replace it "oh, here's a new seal can you fit that please"
I've put mine back on today. Had to cut and bend some metal out of the way to get it in. Its seriously tight in there now and I'm not entirely happy with how its sitting. May have to come up with a new plan.
