That's the thing, I can't even do that as you need a mouse to click "next" while doing the install.
Keyboard and Mouse are working in startup menu e.t.c, just stops working as soon as it gets to the windows screen to set it up.
I'm guessing USB host isn't on the install.
I've tried a PS2 keyboard.
They are turned on in BIOS.
And I can't install the drivers through USB as Windows isn't set up or configured yet.
My friend has a HP Touchsmart 520. (Wireless keyboard, mouse and touchscreen monitor).
It was running sluggish so I wiped it and stuck a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Prem 64 Bit on it.
It's now come to set it up.

It depends, you can try it out and it will possibly work again, however the downside, the sugar inside will slowly corrode the components, and kaput.

I had a worn gearbox mount once and it would act the same, no knocking as turning left!
Guess it might be something to do with weight distribution as you're turning left, however, I could be wrong.
