If like me you aren't mechanically minded then I'd source a second hand engine, there a a couple for sale on here. My old car had this issue and garage costs to repair were horrific, 16 bent valves, belts, dephaser, water pump, etc etc labour. £££££

Had one, couldn't really hear it over ktec exhaust. Ktec I/k sounds much better IMO

yep, your brave. i remember importing a white sti v 3 years ago. the clutch was slipping, goodbye £600, then i spent a fortune on it cause i didnt know the history, full service, belts, fluids etc etc, another £600. then mods, another £££££ loved it though. hope its a good un.

i see a silver ph1 parked in stockbridge quite a lot at weekends on the main street, maybe the same one. always pretty dirty. also there is another one parks on broughton road see it most days has a roof rack fitted! also pretty grubby.
