+1, theres no way a windows server stays up more than 6 months these days with updates, 3 years means you aren't patching and thats pretty bad practice imo!

HP SIM and vmware vcenter don't support 64 bit which are the two i come across a lot, MS has said that windows 2008 is the last OS they will produce as a 32 bit version, so windows 7 should be 64bit only according to that.

yeah, bit of a bummer, the g6 ram is even more complicated too. 2k3 ent edition really depends on how much ram you are putting in, to take advantage of 64 bit you really need to be putting a lot of ram in, otherwise the overhead of 64bit makes no difference for smaller amounts and isn't faster...

lol, whats wrong with that? Most enterprise switches allow you reset passwords by pressing a button. The idea is that you can only do it if you have access to the physical hub, nothing insecure about that! Someone trying to do it over wireless can't press the button to reset it can they......

i think you're going to really struggle with the internal shots with that setup, you need something fast or at least a camera that can do high ISO shots well. Interior shots are hard to do at the best of times without needing to have to have some serious zoom on top.

think the d40/60 are more comparable to the 1000d? the 450d is very impressive, positioned above the d40 though imo, d40 has this silly lens thing where you have to watch which ones work, but 450 is more expensive. 450d does have a really good viewing screen, makes a lot of difference imo...

i use it ocasionally too, it has auto focus, just need to press a different button to focus it rather than the shutter button. I've had surprisingly good results from it too, very sharp pictures from it, this is on a 50d.
