yeah, i think they are reducing some call rates, but thats the per minute charge. at the same time they are increasing the minimum call charge from 5 to the 15p a minute, so even if youa re on the phone for a second it counts as a full minute and they charge you 15p. thats what you need to...

not strictly true, calls are not 5p a min at the moment. Whats changing is the minimum call cost for out of bundle mins. So before you were charged a min of 5p for a 1second call to a number, from the 14th sept its going to be a minimum charge of 14.7p or something. And in the T&C's it states...
