I took the Renaultsport badge off the Megane to fit a new style one to the other side. It came off fine as did all the glue but the shadow/stain of the original is still there.
Tried a quick hand polish and you can still see it...
Any ideas?
Weeeeeeell oooookk it is true(!) but not strictly renamed as Infiniti - they still have Renault branding on the car which justifies why they've stickered up the Megs.
^^ oh I agree but I can't see them fetching more that £150-200 tops - £300 for a set of turinis then a few hundred for a refurb if they need it, it starts adding up!
To be honest I'd buy it if I was looking for one and it was good in the flesh as I'm a wheel perfectionist so even if it had...
Yes I want my medal please.
Ok maybe I was a tad unfair in my first post but I'm still curious as to what is so good about it - I see is a nice looking cup true enough with good mileage but unfortunately nasty alloys.
Sooo with a set of refurb'd turinis on top of the screen price it's gonna be...
Indeed, all in one systems and 3 way floorstanders aren't really on my level.
I was trying to be helpful to the op by offering advise on a decent good value stereo setup which he could have if he purchased used items. Instead everyones saying go for av stuff and speakers designed to be a pair...
Are there any confirmed prices for the kit/conversion so far? I'm interested as I'm either selling up and getting something quicker or keeping it and playing with it - I'd rather keep it to be honest hence the interest!
I'm not trying to dismiss what you say but a what £200-300 AV amp cannot be called 'excellent' - even the £2,000 exposure amps I used to own cannot be called 'excellent' good/great for the price maybe but not excellent. Not to mention everything else you have to partner with them.
