So people!
Are those that have gone from 6500_5404_RON98 map saying that this new 6500_5B03 is a better map?
I emailed Henk and he said that the 5404_RON98 map is the best one?
I can help feeling my car looks a bit too nose heavy, the front is spot on height wise for me but the rear just looks odd, its a tad too high. Car is standard trim with spare and boot carpet etc so theres no option to throw a load of weight at it.
I was transporting two heavy bags of sand...
Hmmm, I personally don't mind it and I'm a h0000ge willy fan (rarrarrar) - it's subtle enough to get away with.
As long as thats the only non original mod going on it I'll live. :)
More money for a start.
Why don't you complain to Renault firstly and say its down on power now they've changed it and you believe the timing is at fault? Suggest to them if they feel nothings wrong then you want a second opinion at the sport specialist.
I think for me if you've driven any unassisted cars in the past then you'll be fine.
This 172 I have now is the first car I've had with ABS (well my valver had it but it never worked!)
I leant to drive and owned all non abs cars, infact I can't ever recall triggering the abs on the 172 apart...
Why did you take it to renault in the first place? plenty of specialists on here would have done it far cheaper, far quicker and far better! Renault must have cost you a fortune!
Search the forum, theres been many people who have had the belts done wrong on F4R's - although you'd think that renault would have at least used the correct tools...
