Unfortunately I bought the wrong battery tray, some universal thing. I had to put some blocks of wood in to ensure the battery will not move.
I should have just bought a proper box but was trying to save money
I just put the standard battery behind the passenger seat. Sure I didn't lose some weight, but the car runs as normal which is what I wanted most as I don't use it a lot
My throttle is terrible but the car had a strut brace fitted when I bought it and the cable can't sit where it naturally wants to go. It's worn away all the rubber/plastic. I'm going to remove the strut brace and get a new cable. When the weather warms up anyway lol
Ok so I've been stupid and thrown the carbon canister away so I can't plug the solenoid back in.
Anyone know what resistors I can use to fix this? Or is there another way?
Thanks
Steve
The picture of the OMP ones does not look like the ones you need.
They should look like this

I had major trouble removing my rear seats. The bottom of the bolt is under the car so gets covered in all sorts of crap. You need to get under there and clean it up properly.
For the earth on my battery conversion I used a bolt at the back of the handbrake
Don't bother with fixed seats if you just use the car for normal use.
I had cobra misanos in my old clio and they were really nice. They don't come cheap though. Could try cobra Daytona but they are over £300 each. Your best best would be to try and get a set second hand on ebay.
With all...
I watched a video of the SEN circuit last night. I gotta admit it looks a bit poo compared to the SW one I've done before. Also there are no pit garages! Looks like you just park in a car park! Anyone done this layout before? What are you supposed to do with your tools/spares?
