I had a look at this the other day. There was a slight scuff on the drivers seat so I walked away.

I did mine manually by coping the folders from \iPod_Control\Music to another drive then used the auto-organize feature within mediamonkey to rename/relocate files from the Artist/Track tag info. Worked on over 3000 tracks :)
