You got that the wrong way round mate. The Pro's are more suitable for the track day use - tried and tested. Sportlines are a compromised "lowering" spring I'll be changing to these after xmas.- Day

Alarm question [Mk2 172]
I think it tells you in the manual. 3 beeps means the ultrasonics have been triggered. Not sure but check the alarm sensor contacts on the bonnet, sounds like it may be detecting a door not shut (faulty sensor)- Day

197 cold problems
^ I've been told by my dealer it's to do with the O2 sensors and assists with meeting MOT requirements when tested from cold... Basically they don't really care by the sounds of it lol- Day
