I found it too boomy without a CAF, so ended up running it with an 80mm CAF having ripped out the OE pipework and acoustic valve etc. Sounded a bit freer breathing higher up the rev range, although I doubt there was any performance gain. Sounded good though.

I just degreased then went straight at the block with VHT. Dont think you are supposed to use primer otherwise the VHT won't set (per Sideways Danny in a previous thread iirc) /late reply

Aren't they the same as non cup wheels, except you don't have the cruise control buttons on each side of the airbag?
