Well Ive kinda decided on my upgrade path. 1.) fix hole in exhaust on friday (driving me nuts) 2.) drop suspension (either Jamex or Koni 40mm drop with uprated dampers) 3.) either put a K&N airfilter in my current airbox or get something similar to what Nick Read did with that BMC carbon job...

I havent got a 172 nor have I fitted a Remus exhaust but I have been investigating them and Ive heard the difference...not much louder but you can definately hear the sporty growl. They also claim a power increase and Ive been told by my local distributer that they will in no way void your car...

Possibly its the amp distorting since youre running it at full level output. Try dropping the output level to say 80% and try again. I always try match my amp and speakers to so that the amp at 100% is 80% of my speakers max output. eg 80W amp with 100W speakers and even then I only run the...

What do you guys think of the Toyota Corolla 1.8 VVTL-i (141kW)? I saw one at our local motorshow this weekend and they are going to be released here early next year. How does its price compare to that of the 172? how does it perform? Thanks
