Welcome to the world of clio tickover! Common fault, and its due to the "sporty" engine map. Nothing you can really do about it. However, is your tickover just below the 1000rpm line (850 iirc). Any lower than that, and your tickover might need adjusting.
I found that running on Shell Vpower...
There you are - you learned lesson number 1 - never use a pressure washer to clean your car. You can a) blast grit into your paint work and cause scratches, b) damage rubber seals causing water ingress, and c) damage plastic bodywork
I had a similar problem a year or two ago - turned out the cap on the back of the headligh had come off and there was water inside the headlight assembly causing the ballast to short and not start the xenon. Is there any condensation on the inside of your headlight?
that looks smart. I am thinking of doing a similar thing - Black Engine cover, Silver Plenum and ports, Black Renaulsport - I'll probably use the tinned VHT stuff though.
Anyone know where I can get the 2.0L 16v badges from?
And here's a little thing they don't advertise. If you've got a bluetooth headset or a mobile that charges over USB, you can use the USB port to charge them! Very handy on long journeys when my battery goes flat! :o
my sister's ex drives an mgf - we called him the hairdresser for years! Ironically, he used to use my sisters hair straightners, so it really didn't help matters much. I heard his tyres got slashed on holloween night - couldn't have happened to a nicer guy! :D
You're confusing yourself there. Firewire and USB are rival connections. USB OR Firewire - not a combination of the two.
If you're question is can you connect an Ipod to the CDX GT610U using the Ipod USB connection, yes you can and I tried it the other week with my dad's Ipod (i've an external...
I got that one... It's very nice! :D
Only thing I do find a bit annoying is that it doesn't list the albums in any logical order - it all depepnds on which order you saved on your hard-drive/memory stick as to what order they appear on the HU.
you can get an adaptor for it that lets you retain...
in the cells next to the list use the countif formula
ie, if you have a range of cells 4 rows, high, the forumla would be;
=countif($A$1:$a$4,a1)
You need to make sure that the first part is a non dynamic link (with the $ signs)- using F4. Then drag the formula down, and if you have anything...
Can't go wrong with a dell.
However, word of advice. Never use a dell laptop whilst drinking Cider. I had an unfortunate cider/laptop coming together and my Dell hasn't worked since. :(
60? Bloody hell you're fruggle with the accelerator!
It goes off when you have less than a gallon left in the tank - mine usually goes off at about 30miles left.
its def 70mm - i replaced mine the other week. Don't go for Venair Sport though - they're bloody useless and they sent me the wrong colour and haven't done anything about replacing it even though I've spoken with them. They just said "we're out of stock" - wanted a black one. No indication of...
give the man a beer! :drunk:
I had the idea ages ago, but then when I saw the Reventon I thought... hmmm, it does actually look really good! (mine won't have a plane mode though!)
My top tip. Go to Richer sounds. They'll give you great advice, and got some decent kit. Have a look at what they've got and ask them. Then come back home, get on kelkoo or pricerunner and buy the kit for like £100-£200 cheaper! :D
That's what I did with my home cinema kit.
I assume we're talking about MS Excel/Access? They work in "days" anyway, so you can just subtract one from the other and that'll give you your number of days
Hope that helps
That's quite cool, and could be a start. I'm thinking of taking it the next level though - virtual dials! So there aren't any physical things there, it's all fully CG!
Picture this; Completely black screen on startup, but at the touch of a button you can flick between different "modes". a...
Had this idea for converting the dashboard on the clio into a fully digital one using OLED technology - could have a "standard" display similar to the one that is on the Clio now, but then you could change it so that it could display whatever you wanted - oil temp/pressure, boost pressure...
Here's a thought for you; I know everyone says about replacing your wheel with an aftermarket one - I'm tempted, but what do I do about my air-bag & cruise control buttons? I still want to keep them both, but I'm sure if I got for an aftermarket one it means loosing both. :(
