You cnt turn 3G off can you on the iphone 4s ? Its seriously doing my head in now. I have a £600 phone and it cnt even make phone calls or recieve them.

No im with o2. Most people i text dont have an iphone so cnt send imessages to them, but if i do send them, then they go straight through. Its mainly at home ( 90% of the time doesnt work at home) but does happen when im out aswell.

Last few days my iphone 4s has been playing up and not recieving texts (and then all coming though at once) but still having 3 or 4 bars of signal. Tried restarting the phone but hasnt worked and still struggle to send texts. A few mates have had problems ringing me the last couple of days...

Well, a few months down the line and it now looks like this. I still expect the haters but meh..... i love it and love driving it :D

I cnt get signal for s**t since i got my iphone 4s. nor my brother get signal on his 3GS running ios 5. If i tap in the bottom left of the phone, just next to the button, it makes a 'noise' asif somthing is loose. Not sure if this is connected.

Has anyone noticed poor signal since upgrading ? Both me, iPhone 4s (on o2) and my brother on his 3GS (on 3) have noticed bad signal the last couple of days. Both running ios5.

Did you leave the Standard front screen protector on ? I did that and couldn't believe how much sound it blocked out. Had me confused for about half an hour lol

Cool little feature I just found. Select (highlight) some text and then u can get the phone to speak back to you what u wrote. A good 1 is 'lolololololololol'. You need to turn this feature on. Go on settings, general, accessibility, then turn speak selection on.

Its in recovery mode, what ever that is lol I found a guide on how to fix it (on apples site) but on 1 of the steps i get stuck as the option they tell you to pick, isnt there.

It wont go into DFU mode :s

Anyone ? I need to get it posted today. Its now not even being reconised by the pc or itunes

Im trying to wipe everything off my old iphone 4 so i can sell it. So i clicked restored it to original settings, long story short, now when i try to turn the phone back on ( to check everything has been deleted) all it says is connect to itunes, so i do and then nothing happends. Doesnt show up...

I got the error message 3 times when 'backing up' the iphone but ive now got past that it it now says its restoring the phone and says 'restore in progress' on my iphone. This bit is taking the longest for me, been going for 40 mins so far.

Has the payment come out of anyone's bank who got there iPhone 4s from apple on sim free ?

I've preorder straight off apple and bought it sim free, so it will be apple who send out the phone. Reason I ask is I don't have enough in the bank till I get paid on tuesday :/

Does anyone know when they actualy will dispatch the first lot ? ( I ordered at 9 o clock so should be in the first batch). I'm guessin they won't take out the payment till the dispatch it ?

I had a £15 a month simplicity when i got the iphone 4 which was a 12 month contract. Thats now up so i guess its just rolling month to month now. My question is, will i be able to stick my current sim card in the new iphone 4s and keep paying £15 month by month ?
