Thinking about it though, they will value the mods at the new cost from the supplier (i.e. Renault for the xenons) so Jordan should make a tidy little profit?
Sam
Jordan,
Return everything of value back to standard. If it is a write off getting the full value for the mods will be almost impossible and there may also be issues with validity of insurance with mods (I know you say all is declared but it is an unecessary risk IMO).
Sam
Ok so I need to return my car back to normal dynamique guise which involves removing the modified, to fit 172 bumper, wing.
How long will this take?
Does the door need to come off?
Can anyone take me through the process?
Thanks in advanced
Sam
IIRC there is an arm that needs to be undone (I think its torx), then the cables just unclip. You then need to just support the door with a jack, or better get a mate to support it in a slight raised position and just knock out to pins.
Sam
Search my threads in clio media for them.
Not sure what mine are as I didn't do them, but I am guessing 80% + (you can't see in without cupping your hands) on the back and then maybe 60% on the fronts
Sam
Don't chop it whatever you do.
People know how good this is so IMO they will be prepared to pay a very good price and take into account all the mods.
Sam
Yeah I like the ph2 lights.
I would get it lowered ASAP especially with those 17s fitted.
I would also be tempted by a ph2 rear bumper...can be had for about 40-50 notes.
Sam
I find A539s to be brilliant.
Not sure about in the wet because as Steve says I cannot be arsed with pushing it then.
But in the dry IMO they are the best tyre I have ever used. The just seem to grip grip grip. They don't last long though - put some on 4 weeks ago with 7mm of tread and now...
