i got them fitted with superblue fluid by fred, and tbh honest i didnt notice as much of a difference as i have on previous cars. sure it was a firmer pedal just not rock solid as i expected it to be.

yeh it is, ive not used the ds2500's on the clio, but had them on my old LCR and didnt rate them at all. it was probably down to the application rather than the pad, but for the price i thought i'd give the rc5+ a go and other than the pad rattle in the carriers at low speeds / when cold, there...

agreed. its the stop start warren mentions where there annoying. other than that there awesome and better suited to my driving style / use than other pads ive used. i got mine from kam racing.

think this is dependant on compound tbh. been running mine since sept/oct last yr and the wheels are fine. they hadnt been washed for about 3 months and they stil came up aswell as ever when clean. this was the rc5+

same as me. only issue i have is they rattle like f**k because they have no springs on the backing. but they awesome.

i was at arms length disconnecting the airbag even with the battery connected. gloves on and a pair of googles.lol. i took no chances as i like having skin on my hands and face. disconnect it for peice of mind eh. the rest is pretty straight forward.

im of the same opinion as above, as good as it would be i just couldnt justifiy spending that much on a clio. i'd be (and am) tempted by itb's though......

front wings? yeh they do. or all 172/182's do anyway. is it rubbing? maybe just arch liners that need modifying slightly. depends how low it is.

mines been doing that recently, think its just a bit of a dodgy connection on the rear lights so going to give them a clean up over the next few days.

yep thats ren prices for you. i managed to get a new but second hand one for £90, but as with the seats, they dont come up that often.

dont think they do actually, the 172 seats do, but think the trophy seats just have recaro written on them.

yep they usually are. may be worth looking at other options if not. recaro's from an evo etc have also been fitted.

they pop up on here every now and then, think they usually got for about £500-750ish. enjoy it. oh and ive got a sparco ring fitted, think its 320mm (or 300mm???) but its perfect. probably the best thing i did to the car tbh.

main difference i noticed from swapping mine. feels so much better now. more direct and actually has a bit of weight / feel to it.

theres no screws on the clio..... there are two metal prongs that need to be unhooked with a screw driver. disconnect the battery as above, 20 mins later you turn the wheel to one side, push the two metal hooks off the clips on the back of the wheel and it should just pull off. have a search...
