yes i do cos i have had mine done and they **touch wood** havent cracked but have been told no mega heavy basslines etc in case but seems to be ok! worth the risks if you ask me

bit of a mission to get to the bolts i must be honest but you can do it yourself
i think its about 4 bolts or something you need torx screw things tho

urm no not really to be honest!!
the old seats (standard seats) are on the subframes bolted on at the sides whereas buckets are bolted from underneath so you have to get some tough metal and bolt this across from one side of the seat to the other (the original holes where the seat was bolted...
i have cobra monacos and instead of buying clio subframes i used the originals and changed them round a bit so my seat stil goes up and down cos otherwise it was too high!!
i sit really far down so wouldnt work for me!
they are lower anyway than standard seats depending on what seats you get...

got a nice leather trim round my seats too to cover the subframes
but thats as far as i have got
no harnesses yet...
i have an alpine type S which i recommend but the type Rs are sposed to be better so i would say go for one they are brilliant subs

well mines same shape near enough and i have dropped it 55mm and tortion bar to match and i had no problems with ppl in the back unless goin mad over bumps of course lol!
i think you need a slightly bigger drop with 15s personally you need to fill the arch up but each to their own hehe!
