Intrigued by this thread. I genuinely don't recall ever having either replaced - but as the car is now on 181k - I'd find that unlikely! The average MPGs readout tripped 34.0mpg this morning - so it's not going mad with over-fuelling. I just think it could run more smoothly. Could anyone...

Well worth it. I've seen that you can push the game engine a little when you're driving around GTA-style and the graphics sometimes have a bit of pop-in. But on foot, it been really quite impressive. Fair play to getting so much content on-screen at the same time and in a smooth fashion.

Great game this. In 8 hours so far after the recent Steam Summer Sale, where I got the Deluxe Version with the added DLC included. Finding it much (much) easier to get into than Witcher 3. Maybe the genre just suits me better?

Ah - herein lies your issue. Here's a guide to fix that. Sell house. Realise that your typical London home could buy a 7-bedroom house with 5 acres of land elsewhere in the country. Move more rural. Realise that you now have more open roads and less traffic. Less traffic means more air coming...

How did your sprayed front grille hold up over the years? Thinking of possibly doing that to my OEM one when removed?

No - I don't recall one ever being there? Then again, I did have the alternator replaced by Renault about 15 years or so ago. Wouldn't shock me if it was never put back on..... they lost my undertray after all.

Took delivery of a new front grille insert, ready for the refresh. Slight colour difference over the original, fitted one....

Absolutely. Given that most people know these (and other Jap cars) tend to rust even when a cloud appears - any pictures negating that would definitely help towards getting the asking price.

Had a go with the old Porsche at Donington just now - proper handful with no T/C on. Had a practice session with that, before switching to the NSX-R - which was also a bit of an animal, but more forgiving. Found it fairly easy to drift it also.

Was that the Escort Cosworth, Andy? On the National circuit or GP? I do prefer the National one myself.

One half of these parts stops the car and the other provides four small contact patches with the road. When combined and (potentially) past their best or too old - I'd be binning the lot. In the grand scheme of things, a new set of rubber and brakes isn't that much.

They are definitely onto something with AC Evo. Even in it's early state like it is, it's my favourite sim racer by a country mile.
