sorry to disapoint mate, but they can only swap like for like. even if its old model. asked if we could swap the mrs phone for a white one - no, asked if i could swap my old ipod touch for current version - no.....
yep. doesnt matter where you bought it from. i bought the mrs' from o2 on pay as you go, took it in and replaced it foc. just make sure its within warranty.
bristol one is one i've been too with the mrs for her replacements as i live prertty much right next to it. they have been awesome in there, always had replacements in the draw and never questioned it. she's on her 4th in 9 months now........
you all should have bought a blackberry ;)
if they look at it, and feel its a fault rather than it being cracked, they will replace the handset. cant replace just the cover i dont think, and if you can, they dont like to fix them.
as there everyday i'd just keep them silver or black / anthra. a bright colours awesome, but i'd get bored of it day to day.
something like the jdm green wheel colour would be my "out there" colour vote.

morning,

pads are the new carbon lorraine rc5+ and...
light should be off straight away, would guess there was something not right about the way you connected it. cant see how it would be different between the two models though. maybe try doing it again and check all connections are fully connected etc
yep sounds like the dogbone to me, i finally got mine swapped last week after having the powerflex bush for about a year and i didnt realise how dead my old one must have been. huge difference, gear lever no longer wobbles when accelerating either.....
