Just watched the Car SOS episode with the Evo IV. I know they don't get much love on here, but I would happily drive this:

Clio Cup Racer No28 Rally Car

Surprised it's taken so long for someone to come up with an air box like that!

    Also 64-bit though?

    Best video editing software (free)

Bump for this - anyone got any suggestions? Looked into Resolve and PowerDirector, but both seem to be 64-bit only, which isn't much good for me.

He should have put it in New Zealand livery. Think Tommi won NZ in '99 and would have worked better with the gravel spec.

    throttle bodies

I would have thought Ktec are the simplest solution aren't they? Doesn't their ECU plug in to the car pretty much? Ultimately, it's probably not the best value mod but, if you get some fun out of it, that's all that matters really.

Weird livery to choose for a gravel car that's for sure. Nice car though. Just needs for cards lol

A Fiesta ST. On my driveway  Borrowed it off a mate for a week or two as I'm currently without car. Looking forward to seeing what it's like. Initial impressions are that the seating position isn't as good as my 197, but the ride is better. Oh, and it has torque lol.

    My RB 197

Thanks bud. You just using the 200 as a road car? The R3 wheels do really suit them, best thing I did to it!

    My Inferno Story...

I remember when I ordered my last one, they asked if it was going on a Clio. They must sell 99% of them to Clio owners I would have thought?!

No more Renault Sport (now Alpine)

Well no, but we talking about average cars that average folk drive.

No more Renault Sport (now Alpine)

But is it? In the past, that Superb would probably have had a normally aspirated 2.0-litre with about 130-140bhp. With TDI torque, the diesel will probably feel quicker to most people. Not to mention that most people don't give a monkey's uncle anyway.

I did read somewhere that it was sub-5000 cars globally in 2019. Not big numbers given the development costs. A friend of mine has one. I think they look lovely personally. Simple, and a nice blend of retro and modern. Sadly, he has also had paint and corrosion issues already, so that would put...

No more Renault Sport (now Alpine)

Has the A110 been very successful? I got the impression that it hadn't sold that well. Is that the case though? Cars are faster than they've ever been. VW shipped thousands of Golf Rs, Ford did the same with the Fiesta ST. Access to high performance has never been greater. You can see why the...

No more Renault Sport (now Alpine)

I can't say I understand this sporting sub-brand thing to be honest. Seat did it a while ago with Cupra, but does anyone actually care? Do buyers even really notice when they're buying it from the same dealership? Do folk that buy a Cupra Ateca tell people they have a Cupra, or do they just have...

    My RB 197

Been a while since I updated this. Gave it a clean today and my friend took some snaps: Probably be the last pictures of it sadly. A job overseas means I don't really need a car here anymore, so it will be sold soon.

Because modifying cars is fun, and because some of the standard parts are pap.

    2022 Toyota Corolla GR

Hyundai have probably had a big hand in reviving the WRC over the last year. They've put a lot of energy into it. Toyota coming back was a big boost too. Akio Toyoda is a big rally man though. The last few seasons have actually been the best, probably since the McRae/Burns era. Just a shame...

    2022 Toyota Corolla GR

I think both Toyota and Hyundai are making a lot of the more traditional brands look a bit silly. Hyundai have really injected some much-needed fun back into a hot hatch sector that's become dominated by number-obsessed, grey boxes, while Toyota really seem to be rediscovering their mojo.
