mine have been on a week and the front defo looks lower but the back im not sure about looks like its only moved 20mm, no-one has sat in back yet so theres been no weight on them is that why??

165 is the width of the tyre, 70 is 70% of the width is the height of the sidewalls, and 13 well thats inchs of the wheel.
lower the % of width the lower the profile.
the wheels should fit on yours.
a place in derby called carmen coachworks, he originally said about 200 quid but when i took the wheels down he said he would do them for 100 quid. thats even with a bright/hyper silver finish. (better than the original colour )

im getting my kahns done for 100 quid (all 4), which is good i think. got kerbing all round them as well. (that halfords kit that peeps take about looks crap)
i had a full kit on my old mk 1 clio and couldnt notice the difference between just springs and full kit.
so this time on my 1.6 dynamique ive just put springs on. p.is
when i lowered my mk 1 and crashed they didnt even notice the suspension they just asked if the alloys were insured. imstill debating whether to tell the insurance company this time either.
ive just got some p.i springs for my 52 1.6 dynamique and some 17" kahns
ive seen poeple sellin them for £43 each, thats for 205/40/17 a frickin bargain.
the garage near me has kumhos and sells then for 69.99 each and many have told me the nankangs are better and the look nicer.
if you want a chrome your looking at at least 50 notes a wheel, i know of a guy who does it part time in his garage said he does them for around 100 quid but only does painted or polished finish.:D hes in derby
