Try the bulbs first nice and easy but i would have thought at least one of the lights would have worked as there is 4 bulbs iirc might just be a loose wire

As Fred said but that 1 bolt is a b*****d i had to drill mine out

Im a bit like yourself only ever had Pioneer and been faultless I have this one Love it for the simple fact it looks classy now and will still look classy in 5 years time plus the sound is good AJR has just got one too

The mastic is a b*****d sometimes just give it a good tug and lift upwards it should come off fine , think its just two bolts and a rod to remove the handles iirc
