The pipes may even have become disconnected Have you tried taking the pipe of at the pump and double check that its squirting water out. Then its just a case of tracing the pipes for leaks etc.... Need someone to keep skooshing the water tho...

Have you double checked your wiring ? Check out fubars site as his site contains the schematic diagram to double check Only one fog light works aswell but this is correct
