keeping it for a while, through uni so about 2 more years, then id consider a sport, insurance atm for an rs too high
1st car, so 1.2 was suitable
an option, cambelt has been done so im thinking to keep it standard and save from now tbh
Where to start? its pretty much naked lol
Plans So Far
Lowering 60mm
Wheel Refurb
Exhaust
Silver Visions
Not going to bother with IK's or any other engine mods only a 1.2 :/
any more suggestions?
well i wana go 60 tbh, because imo thats the only noticeable difference if you aint got coilies, i know the shocks wear out quicker, but how to i check if my shocks need changing,iv heard some say its fine and other opposite but tbh im after this look
abit of a recovery (evidence of the search!!) lol, i want to lower on standard, but im thinking they are going to give in soon :/, is reno the only place you can get new standard shocks from?
(dave) yup not alot of cars can give you grief, and it could deal with most that 'try it'
tuning isnt worth it imo (unless your tracking it),iv seen alot of threads about remapping etc and from what iv seen you dont get much from them, in comparision to a remapped tdi for example makes up for...
I kinda noticed with clios they are easy to spoil when it comes to modifications. Unlike other cars e.g. golfs you can do all sorts to improve the look without it looking :dead:
If you was to mod it would it just be lowering and subtle mods or would you take it further?
imo lowering/wheel...
lol ^^ :nono: deliberate*
but yeah its abit pricy but theres no where else you can get it i think, with all that programming etc :/ but i know its over £100
