just pricing it up now on ktec... £1044 for rods and pistons + £646 for manifold and downpipe + allllll the extra bits.. i suppose it is quite expensive this way though :/..
unless you can get all this at a reasonable price..are you not aswell to just buy low comp pistons and forged rods for your 182 engine? then you can buy ktec's manifold and downpipe so it saves fabrication costs :)
Re: Anyone got a 3 arm puller around cambridge? - Rear wheel bearing stuck on spindle
tried heating it up? i changed my rear brakes/bearings last week and used a map gas torch to heat the remainder of the bearing that was stuck on! came of with a few taps of a hammer after :)
my car had this same problem the other day when i had no choice but to put in £5 of 95 ron fuel..(they had ran out of super unleaded)..ive since filled the car up with 99ron and the hesitation is gone :).
and additives do nothing for your engine.
Thanks for all the comments guys :)
Ever since ive put the splitter on ive always been unsure of it :/...i dont know if it would look worse if i took it off till i get another :)
over the weekend i treated the clio to a wee pampering.
First of all it was the cloudy headlights!
I used 600,1200,2000 grit wet and dry..then gtechniq cutting pad with P1, medium pad with P1 then finishing pad with P2
some various photos of how it went..
My way of protecting the engine bay...
i have just corrected the paint on my dads lexus is250...when it came to finishing i used a gtechnic finishing pad and theyr P2 hologram remover polish..really cant fault it at all :)..look on youtube for videos of guys using it.
Like gally was saying... SRP isnt a very abrasive polish at...
