You need to be going some and braking pretty hard to use it effectively. I can't do it on the track, especially if you are driving close to the limits, it is very difficult to get right, and get round the corner well, because I am not a racing driver, I can get round quicker when I'm not heel...

I do it when downshifting when I'm approaching a roundabout or junction sometimes, not in an agressive way, more just to try to match the revs so the clutch has less work to do. But usually, I let the engine break, so downshift without braking, but match the revs, which doesn't require heel & toe.

You rprobably better off running on "pikey" Shell fuel than tesco 99.

Bolt the turbo onto the throttle body, then reconnect your airbox to the other end of the turbo. Cheap as chips. Let us know how it goes.

If you can burn through with a Rotary in 8 seconds (as proven on DW) I don't see why you couldn't with a DA on a FIAT for example.

You can still burn through in under a minute with a DA if you don't know what you are doing! Is that right Forearms?

A couple of things. Ever heard of Heatsoak? Get a standard set up on there, you are probably down on power by the time the engine warms up. Also, that CAF will do nothing whatsoever. I reckon the noise will go once you have a standard set up on there. You should be able to source on for £50...
