I have the 550D, its great. If I had the money, I'd have bought the 7D. The 550D is by no means a mini 7D.

Liking the Sigma ones at the minute, I think the build and feel of them is very good for the price. This 24-70 is like a tank

I am after something with a bit more range next, been looking at the 70-200 F2.8 to get, few up for sale on talkphotography.

LOL, baby face. Wouldnt think I was 21, should see me when my hairs shorter, look like ive just fallen out of my mother.

Built like a tank, both of them. Very impressive. The 24-70 is a little soft towards the 65mm ish end, but that is the case with most lens' Next lens' will be a 50mm F1.4 and something with mega reach.

It isnt very wide, but, when at the wedding, I never felt restricted by it. I have the Sigma 10-20mm too incase I need anything super wide.
