I'm not going to clean my car until the end of the month and its already filthy by my standards. So I'll have to see what it looks like. Got lots of travelling on the cards so its bound to be s**t up by the end of the month.
That sounds like a bit of fact bending to me. It might use that much power, but whats to say how much capacity the battery has? You could start the car 1,000 times and it might not empty the battery.
Oh and I'm not having a go at you! My post seems a bit negative but its not meant that way.
The thing is though they are really tetchy about doing things if they think it might go wrong. They don't know about any cars and only go from experience. The experience in your case was that they did one a few days ago and buggered it up so they assume the same might happen again.
Erm I don't know exactly. It was around 30 miles out from Nottingham. You would have been coming up to the roundabout with the mcdonalds and the petrol station on the right.
Sucks that it happened. I'd hate for anything to happen to mine. I don't understand why you'll be getting rid of it as soon as you get it back if you can afford it.
Repairers nowadays don't send cars out unless they are in as good shape or better than how they were before the accident...

I had a 1.2 mk3 clio once as a courtesy car. It was s**t. The gearbox was crap and the brakes were terrible. And there wasn't a lot of speed going on.
