i have an inverter in my car to solve my battery problems but i guess thats not ideal for a stripped track car!!
well i havent mensioned the 12 stick coils i have changed.
or that my jack collapsed with my car on it.
or that i spent about £1000 on parts and labour to look for a prblem i fixed my self.

honestly i doubt theres a huge amount of difference, OBVIOUSLY the 1.6 is faster its also harder to get hold of and more expensive to run.
so its up to you really.
personally i think the 1.4 is a big enough step up from a 12 or 1.0.
