Here Here......!!! Id hate to try and trow a lowered car down a fast bumpy B road... as the car need to be supple to absorb the bump therefore able to carry much more speed, rather than bouncing into a field.. But if its for track work, then thats a different matter..

Went to France this weekend, house hunting... in Brittany.
Well, over the course of 4 days, we did 1500 miles.. (altho prolly not as much as the ring trip..?).
The D (B road equivalent) are very good and empty, with a very nice surface.. with some wicked crests.. ;) well worth a visit IMHO...
cheers.. sounds good.. drove in spain a few years ago, in a hire car and prefered driving on the wrong side.. but then i was sitting in the wrong side as well. LOL.
Driving to Brittany from Calais tomorrow morning.. havent driven in France before, so any info/advice would be a bonus..
Whats the situ with Unleaded/Super, etc.
Thanks
Great vid.. always makes you push that bit harder when youre got something decent to chase..:D Looked like a lot of fun.. alto maybe not for Tom.. I seem to recall that hes not the best passanger..
How did the 182 compare to the Cup around the ring then..???
Tom.. the H&S sounds wicked...
Si, Imho.. i havent realy found it to be that nervous, but maybe that because i learnt in 205 1.9 GTIs.. Now, thats nervous in the wet on standard 185s, when youre caining teh tits off it.. used to be able get some fantastic angles... LOL.. have calmed down a lot now tho..

Just make sure you wind the lock off, before you lift... That way when the weight transfers, the wheels will be straight.. then you may lft off, but therll be no oversteer.. Irrespective of what tyres you have..
I saw it on the news as well last night.... hope itd no one on here...
Anyone know whats wrong with the uploader at the mo.. as i took a pic whilst driving to the staion the other morning.. and was gonna post it up..??
Nice vid Mark.. Nice and smooth as well..
There were some seriously bad lines being used there... i.e. thought you were gonna collect that boxster.. LOL.
It was a one owner (for sale) car and not a demo... so should be reasonably run in.. at not far off 10k, but cars do loosen up the harder theyre driven..
Maybe Soggy, isnt the right word, but it just didnt have the bite that mine has.. and thats with 205 on as opposed to my 195 Contis.. (maybe its the tyres..)
