i used to drive a mini and a citroen AX both of which were sh*t, badly build cars, both of which could handle braking on corners, there problem was locking tires and going straight off. the clio just wants to swap ends, this also causes me a fortune in rear wheel bearings.
I assume that all clio2s handle pretty much the same (non renalutsport). Does anyone else have trouble keep all 4 wheels on the black stuff when your back tires are older than your fronts???
Braking in this car on bends scares me, im sure the back wheels want their turn at the front!!!
????
if your struggling to keep your wheels from spinning maybe you should consider swapping your car...........with me!!! im sure i could live with wheel spinning everywhere.
besides im sure my tireds would be cheeper than yours!!!
think about it
lol
is it true that camera vans have 14 days to get a letter to you or else they dont count??? i remember reading it on an RAC website somwhere,
a guy i used to work with was banned for 2 years for doing over 100 in a 30 limit in sc**thorpe. he got pulled out of the car and arrested on the spot...
my mate got cought going 104 mph in a 1 litre punto on the m18.

i see them 172s amd 182s everwhere around nottingham, lincoln, doncaster, sc**thorpe, hull. they seem common as muck for a sports car, go for the GSI, unless u want somthing fun, my old man always get vauxhalls and still sticks with his calibra, says its better than astra coups.
i used to go with tecos but have found directline cheaper especially when you online, although you cant claim for things like pass plus or advanced driver qualifications.
i got my clio 1.4 for £900, im 19 with 2 yrs no claims and 3 points for speeding, it was about £1400 everwhere else.!
im not kidding the Ax was doing 110, i also have had a 1.0 mini over 100 on a steep hill on the way to leeds. but im still sure the clio it being slowed.

Ive had a 51plate 1.4 16v Dinamique now for about 2 months, my previous car was a citroen AX 1.0 that did 110 in 4th(top) gear.
my clio steams past the tonne but seems to stop at 110, is this the top speed of this motot or is there something slowing me down in the engine?
