picked it up for my first run out in it after cutting the zorst down more as it was poking way out the back,
now the drive...picks up alot better and sounds much raspier, and know matter how much i hoof it round the temp gauge wont go above the mark just below half maybe down to the ceramic...
i know lots of people with crazy modded cars that have been self done it really doesnt take much knack the make fibeglass boot builds ive done 2 myself build up the frame wrap in material fibreglass smooth then paint and every other panels the same,

best and easiest thing to do is buy a pipercross cold air feed kit buy the biggest one they do and it will fit nicely and comes with qaullity piping not tin foil stuff that just rips
well the back is going to be completely stripped, is it possible to remove the bolt in the centre of the tyre well? door cars will only be 1-2mm thin to keep them light and stop it looking to garish, would remove roof liner but dont know how much it holds the sunroof shut.

got some major plans in the works, kinda need some help i understand people drilling holes in the chassis in attempt to save weight and it also looks cool in some places, like that white 106.
question is where can i drill holes out that would be safe? im thinking on placing cabon door cards in...
well mate i got sent in the wrong way, got told i was in the way and told to move aside then left next to a burger van for over 30 mins before having to go kick off and some stuard before he finally led me round the right way which took all of 10 mins

every show iven entered ive always stayed till the very end, hits year though i saw people sitting in their cars bored, before reults and before the rain, but they should have been aware as u did state no leaving before 5 but it was pouring it down at 4! and what about the lads on the motorbikes...
well what can i do really? just wait and see whats their next year? i maybe at a show this weekend thats judged by the police :evil: their real cool about it aswell a concours jag with 20" rims won last year :)

well i've met fred and spoke online quite abit seems like a good lad who i trust i prefer getting work off people i kind of know, like the guy who's finishing off shortning my exhuast im picking my car up from his house tommorow not the garage as i finish work late and he knocked an hours labour...
plenty up on forum matey plus i dont really want to invlove mine as far as im concerned im happy with my own effort and how it looked amongst the others, its the quality of judging and certain other enthusiats that got looked over, noticed how some of the 25 were just eager to leave?
i can side with auto media if the judges are just selected but maybe given a better briefing, as i said in my mail their were certain cars that were not given a glance which i feel needed a good looking at which is what upset me as i know how much hard work some of these guys put it where others...
thank you for your reply, i now understand how it kinda got this way i think maybe more enthusiatic judges may be required maybe a different approach like ask for judges? or seek people that spend alot of time in the "real world"
if i was doing my car over again the tt engine would have went in if i knew about the weakness of the jc5 gbox, but if you are going to do it mate then do it all at once just save the parts until your ready to go,
