Renault dealers are useless. My local garages are useless.

caused a horrid metal bang and turns out I was going too quick over a bump and bottomed out on it.
car inspection saw it was ok apart from some marks on the exhaust. (Which is going in the bin anyway)
The customer needs to understand it's not an easy thing diagnosing a car.
its the norm to have various parts replaced to fix a problem. You have to start somewhere.
I as a customer have spent hundreds on parts that were fine. But in my eyes I at least know those parts are now refreshed...
