sport seats like the recaro treadlines in the trophy lower the seating position by around 10mm my misanos are around 10mm lower as well but can go another 10mm if you get rid of the spacers on the subframe iirc full on buckets like tims will lower the ride height by a fair bit more

he bought the carbon fibre and the laquer/bonding stuff etc but because its too difficult to make a mould and fabricate a new insert he built up the carbon ontop of the existing insert iirc mark will be able to give you all the technical talk but im too basic for that lol all i know is...
