lol, it is a bit high, but most standard set ups are. The ST seems too high as well. ST is a fantastic car, but it's not in the same league as the 182 imo.

Mine was like that a while back, got a new box under warranty.

I paid £1400 for the first year on my Cup, but I just wanted it so much that I had to have it no matter what. Since then I have told myself that anything over 1k on insurance is not allowed, as it's just money completely wasted, you never see it back again!

Only the car kit thing (whatever the technical word is). But that sits lower so there is a bit of sag on some peoples.

I think the hubs are different, or the bolt spacing is anyway, that's why you see suspension for either the 172 or 182, but won't fit both.

My 172 has a spare alloy :) The boot is the same size as the 1.2, so crap, but usually enough space for most needs, I can squeeze in the golf clubs!

To the letter of the law, you should claim of his insurance; but remember that means you have to declare to your insurance company that you have been in an accident (which could involve higher costs anyway). Why not get him to go down to the garage with you, the bodyshop says yer, £250, you...

Yer they don't light up half as good as standard, but they do look a lot better. :o Any pics of your Cup with the Osram bulbs, where did you get them, price etc? Might get them instead of putting back in the silver visions.

It passed this morning, with relatively no problems. The biggest problem was that I forgot to put back my standard indicators, the silver visions don't light up enough! He did comment on the rear braking being suprisingly low, but according to the computer it was 19% efficiency and 16% and...

Sounds like a good price. I've always found mytyres to be better than any local dealer or tyre delivery company.

^^ Yer, I'm gonna say nothing to them and see what happens! I just remembered my spare alloy has a got a bald tyre on it so just toke that out! Do I legally need to have a spare or some tyre air cans? Or can you just not have either?

OK, so from what people are saying, if people had problems, they've had to get people to sit in the back to get it to pass!? Now I am seriously considering loading the boot up with a load of stuff!?! Or will they take this out when doing all the checks, etc?

Yer I know what you mean, that was my concern. Where can I find some Renault documentation that lists the spec of my car, just so I can show them if I get problems.
