got an engine from the scrap yard, put a cambelt on and put it in, that's it (plus a TDF remap - 190bhp apparently!)
60ft i have no idea it was last year, but it was bang on 100mph over the line from memory, i'll have a look and see if i can find the slip
be interesting to see if they've done anything about the 197/200/225 kit, been banging on about this for ages, even a thread went on Renaultsport, maybe they listened!
upper engine mount off, jack up engine, struggle like a t**t to do the tensioner without the tool
etc etc
do able but its not nice without the aux belt tool, people ghetto it using jubille clips etc
well i remember showing you the line on the flywheel lining up with the 0 on the gearbox, theres a slight wiggle and a heave ho, there's a difference ;)
come get your money back anyway seeing as youre not happy, i did text you but had no reply?
not incorrect fitting, i did it, timing is perfect unlike some cars we see
4 other cars have done good power on them
Harri's is a bit tired and the history of f**k ups on that car is long (not by us) so that's about right really but Johnnys is a strange one, im thinking it might be a dodgy...
kind of impossible to advise when you can't hear the engine or tyres! looks smooth, just lacking aggression, but as i say its hard to say, plus the ring is one place you don't really want to push 100%, it gets expensive LOL!
