pro's on normal dampers wont lower a cup, not sure on koni's tho sportlines will lower a bit, not much tho about 20mm, again not sure with koni's i had sportlines on mine with std dampers and it was much better on the twistys;) really made a diffrance!

my car had been written off and before i get a figure of how much the car is worth i need to send my V5 to the insurance ppl is this normal? i was thinking if i give them the V5 then whats to stop them saying the car is only worth £100? and nothing i can do about it! if i get a figure...
