last time i looked into newman cams and spoken to them they are regrind cams and not made from billet like catcams the regrind apprently take the case hardening layer off the cams Matty

yeh 5w 40 id recommended but if its just to stop it seizing then id say it would be okay to keep it lubed up man just soon as engine in oil change it with new filter ect Matty

they will fit okay man u wont need spacers unless you have massive brakes like 300mm 4 pots Matty

ph2 ;) FKs are bout the best you can go for tbh ive got GAZ i think there pritty good cost £380 directly from GAZ and will go to a 65mm drop max on the back but front will go to 100mm :) Matty
