ahh i had this on upper gearbox mount i changed mine then the manifold banged like mad on the subframe remove battery and loosen then two 13mm bolts then either use an angine crane or a mate to pull onn the engine and you should see the gearbox mount come forward the re tighten it that will tilt...
its designed to do that when you take dogbone mount off the engine tilts back :) when you re fit it and your sat there scratching your head its cuz when you yank on it and pull it together that pulls the manifold up and out the way of the subframe ;)

hey mase i did know some dimensions for the inlets but they are all slightly different to each casting if you dremal them out place gasket over top and bottom half of inlet the scribe a line on the inside of gasket and that is the area to be ground out :) simples just takes a bit of time tho lol...
with the 172s you can disconnect the second sensor and it sorts the emissions light out but in the 182s they have two heater elements in the lamba sensor for some reason :S but once cat back on and you have done a journey over it will sort itself out but you might have to get the code errased...
after braking the disc and pad are obvesously still binding but when you resume driving the disc and pad contact vibrates the brake piston back and when you get a noise like that it usually meen someone hasnt put any copper grease on the back of the pads ;)

i tried them top mount washers and they made the knocking worse for me due to my coilovers set quite firm so i took them out and was fed up with the slight gap between the body and mount so i filed the bit on the mounts down so when i tightend them um the mount just touched the body therefore...
i wondered that with the ktec one it has about a 10mm plate which looks way to big to go in there id just ring ktec and ask them tbh oh and when doing them mounts ensure once you have new one back in you pull engine towards the front of the car due to i didnt do that first time and my manifold...
you can replace the cv boot without taking the shat out you just have to take damper out and hub off first but if its just the clip that has broken id just pack it full of grease and put a new clip on it
