Dude, SRS, just buy it from a supermarket then swap the disks and say it won't play. If you return it the next day they're not going to think you've played it for ages are they? Easiest way IMO.

I'm getting a full set of new ones, where replacement recaros have been ordered they were due into the country w/c 28th Sept, and should be with dealers w/c 5th October. Insider knowledge. ;) LOL.

They were an expensive option on the 197 and the R27 price also took this into account. You don't pay for them to fall apart after a couple of years and relatively low miles. Drag your ass out the seat properly and they'll go for ages without problems. My drivers has about 2cm of wear - which looks like a scuff TBH, however that aside they're ill-fitting and getting totally replaced. So IMO Renault don't really look into these things when designing shizzle. Just hope...
